Already?

So we have come to the end of the first 9 weeks of school.  We have learned illustrations, layouts and some photoshop work.  I have been working on a few projects that I may post if I can so you all can see the fruits of my labor.  So starting wednesday we begin math class...blah!  Definitely not looking forward to that but I will do what I gotta do.  So thats pretty much where I'm at.  Still just work and school, but I do stay busy at both.

Hmm...

So today was the first day of school.  It was...pretty cool.  It seems like it will be pretty fun.  Our first assignment was to trace a zebra in Illustrator...cake.  Thats that for now, I'll update more if anything cooler happens.

A lot better...

So I found out that I am eligible to receive grants that will fully pay for me to go to school.  I'm pretty stoked about that and I start August 13th.  I do feel a lot better now.

Whew...

I dislike the federal government.

So I was laid off from my job back in December and since our jobs were outsourced (to India) the federal government was suppose to pay $3000/year for us to go to school.  So I am planning on starting school in August and I just hear from our unemployment people the federal gov. pulled our funding so now I don't get money for school.  Needless to say I am pretty pissed off!!  I'm not gonna let that stop me though, I am still planning on going.  I just wanted to vent a little...
